Public Sector Workplace Symposium 2010
By 2020 the UK Government will be reaping the benefits from The Office of Government Commerce’s (OGC) high performing property programme (HPPP). A key aspect of which is the adopting of emerging technologies to make distributed working a reality. Therefore, incorporating work environment social networks will enable employees to step away from a desk bound environment to one which becomes a critical business enabler.
Supported by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), our inaugural Public Sector Workplace Symposium is the forum for all workplace professionals involved in the future of work and the workplace for the public sector: central and local government, education, health and defence. By bringing to life the strategic visioning behind “Working Beyond Walls”, through a series of case studies and panel discussions involving leading international and UK public sector organisations, this symposium will showcase best practice in successful distributed working practices that support not only mobile and remote working, but will attract and retain the best quality staff.
