Philip Ross
CEO, Cordless Group
Philip is an author, consultant and commentator specialising in the future of work. He predicts the way that new trends and forces such as emerging technology will shape how we work, live, learn and enjoy leisure.
He has worked with organisations such as Ernst & Young, Allen & Overy, GlaxoSmithKline, Cisco, McKinsey & Co, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nokia and Ericsson on future concepts for work and the work place.
Philip has spoken at conferences around the world including the Wall Street Journal Europe CEO Forum on Converging Technologies, alt.office in the USA and Corenet’s Global Summits in Beijing, Orlando, Auckland and Melbourne.
In 1994 he founded Cordless Group with the publication of The Cordless Office Report. He has written a number of books on the future of cities, work and workplace including The Creative Office, The 21st Century Office and Space to Work (all co-authored with Jeremy Myerson). He has also contributed to a number of other books including the Corporate Fool and the Responsible Workplace.
Caroline Bell

Caroline Bell
Marketing Events Manager, Unwired
Caroline is Marketing Events Manager at Unwired, the knowledge division within Cordless Group. She is responsible for planning and organising the Unwired Events programme including Unwired Executive Briefings, WorkTech, CIO Innovation Forum, Unwired training and ThinkTanks.
Caroline has over twelve years marketing experience. She joined Unwired after working for a leading business-to-business advertising agency within the Publicis Group. As the agency’s Head of Planning she was responsible for strategic communications and brand consultancy, and providing clients with key insights into their target audience through research. Her experience spans many of the leading corporates such as Morgan Stanley, London Stock Exchange, Ernst & Young, Credit Suisse and NatWest.
Prior to that she worked at Citibank, where she was responsible for a range of new product and fund launches including diversifying Citibank's distribution strategy into the independent sector.
Caroline completed her Masters Degree in Marketing at Kingston Business School where she specialised in services marketing. She holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Market Research Society Diplomas, has occasionally lectured in marketing and spoken at conferences on marketing and advertising effectiveness.
Luke Connoley

Luke Connoley
Research Programmes Head, Unwired
Luke heads up Unwired's wide-ranging and varied research programmes. Covering a broad range of workplace issues, he is responsible for keeping Unwired and its clients up-to-date through white papers, studies, interviews and articles. His primary focuses are the latest concepts in workplace technology and design, working methods, flexible workplaces and integrated sustainability. Luke is also charged with researching new consumer technologies with a focus on how they can be used in a commercial environment (workplace or otherwise). Following on from his research, Luke has put together a number of events to complement Unwired's global WORKTECH series - on new ways of working, future wireless technology, office relocations and refurbishments, sustainability in the workplace and the future of the retail sector.
Before joining Unwired, Luke ran a portfolio of international pharmaceutical conferences, across a broad range of topics including pharmaceutical logistics, pharmaceutical marketing, key opinion leader development and therapeutic-area specific research events. Luke studied Chemistry at Oxford University.
Isabel Dewhurst-Marks

Isabel Dewhurst-Marks
Events Manager, Unwired
As an Event Manager she is responsible for all aspects of her events including programme development, logistics and marketing and has a extensive range of experience in event production, client management and account management.
She is responsible for a wide range of events at UNWIRED including international conferences in Amsterdam and New York, executive briefings and workplace tours.
Prior to working at the Cordless Group Isabel worked at Brand Architects, a cosmetic brand management company and has a BA in Linguistics and Sociology.
Fiona Hall

Fiona Hall
International Events Assistant, Unwired
Fiona joined Unwired in early 2011 and is responsible for leading the logistics and delegate support for our new events. She is responsible for venue sourcing and venue suitability assessment, liaising with delegates to ensure everyone gets the most out of the event, as well as planning and implementing the logistical feat of ensuring everything happens as planned on the day. She is the primary contact for registered delegates and for people wanting to sign up to attend.
Before joining Unwired, Fiona was an Event Manager at JammPacked Events and has a degree in Events Management, Music and Media.
Antonia Mitchell

Antonia Mitchell
Head of Marketing, Unwired
Antonia is responsible for marketing and communications across a range of products at Unwired, including conferences, workshops and executive briefings. She is also responsible for the group's social media and PR strategy.
Prior to joining Unwired in April 2011, Antonia gained over ten years of experience in marketing and event management within a variety of international media companies, including TSL and Rogers Media. She has also previous experience in the financial services sector.
Rebecca Westbrook

Rebecca Westbrook
Executive Assistant, Unwired
Rebecca joined Unwired in 2008 and is employed as Executive Assistant. She supports the Group CEO in all activities related to the business with a particular emphasis on research and marketing.
After graduating in 2007 with a BSc in Psychology and Counselling Rebecca worked as technical brand ambassador for Nintendo’s 2006-2008 UK marketing campaign the success of which led to the roll out of similar campaigns across EMEA and the Americas.
