Events Administrator

Salary £16 - 20k based on experience + bonus

Position Profile:

Reporting to an Event Manager and providing support to the Unwired Ventures team, the Company is now seeking a full time events minded administrator to take on responsibility for business support, event logistics and front of house.

As an Event Administrator, your main role purpose is to support the production of international conferences, including events in New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Melbourne. Some travel will be required.

  • Event administration and logistics
  • Processing bookings and managing on-line systems
  • Maintaining our CRM database (Salesforce Professional)
  • Marketing Activities including research to support the events team

Experience
  • Educated to Degree Level
Work Experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office
  • Exposure to events environment
  • Office administration experience

Remuneration Package
  • £16 - 20k based on experience + bonus
