Vince commenced his career as an accountant and rose through the ranks to lead a number of companies in the manufacturing, construction and professional services industries. With a reputation for turnarounds and growth he channelled that capability into his own consulting activities designing and leading a number of business transformations before embarking on his current role as Managing Director for Collaborative Design.

He is passionate about workforce diversity and the power of collaboration.

Caroline is widely recognised as a leader in the workplace and real estate profession, and her extensive experience living and working across Asia is sought out by clients and colleagues.

Caroline’s 20 years of entrepreneurial business leadership and consulting experience have led her to successfully establish and grow professional practices within multinational firms and as new start-ups. Her strategic, nuanced perspectives are valued by clients and colleagues, and increasingly sought-after by the upcoming generation of young industry professionals who she enjoys coaching guiding through their career choices.

Caroline has also served on several private company and professional boards, including currently as a non-executive board director for CoreNet Global, the leading professional association for corporate real estate executives.

Her client experience ranges across banking and finance, technology, pharmaceutical, energy and resources, legal and professional services, consumer goods and public sector in Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

Caroline brings this leadership experience, reputation, deep industry knowledge and passion to her role as Managing Director and Founder of Workplace Revolution, building the core team and Community of Partners across the region.

Jonathan O'Byrne

Jonathan O'Byrne
Founder and CEO at Collective Works

Jonathan builds offices for high performing entrepreneurs. He is an entrepreneur, designer, investor and the founder of the coworking space Collective Works. Jonathan's work is rooted in the belief that you can improve the way people experience the world through design. His passion has led Collective Works to become Singapore's fastest growing coworking community. Jonathan's first book on coworking, titled 'Coworking Corp' is due to be published in a few short months.

Stephen Pill

Stephen Pill
Digital Strategy Director, FITCH Design Ltd

Stephen is the Digital Strategy Director for FITCH Hong Kong where he focuses designing at the intersection between digital, brand, retail and customer experience.

Stephen has a background in design and UX, and extensive experience working across Asia, the Middle-East and the UK. Throughout this, he’s delivered innovative and award-winning work for clients such as Dubai Airports, Swire Properties, The Ritz-Carlton, Singtel, Chow Tai Fook, Fossil and Intel. His work includes establishing successful social networks, revitalising one of the internet’s original e-commerce success stories and working with some of the world’s hottest start-ups.

Stephen’s recent work includes reimagining the airport from the ground-up to design a truly passenger-centric experience and helping to transform Swire Properties shopping malls into a smart omni-channel ecosystem throughout China.

Tobias Puehse

Tobias Puehse
Vice President, Innovation Management, Digital Payments & Labs Asia/Pacific, Mastercard

Mr. Puehse leads innovation management at Mastercard Labs Asia Pacific. In this role, he is responsible for activities that help generate unique, innovative ideas, both internally and in collaboration with our key external partners. His focus spans ideation through prototyping and business case development, both developing new propositions and determining which opportunities make the most sense for Mastercard and its partners to pursue & incubate. Most recently, Mr. Puehse was named to Next Bank’s Top 100 leaders in Asia’s fintech scene which recognizes people shaping finance across Asia in 2016 and beyond.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Mr. Puehse held key leadership positions in the Innovation Practice at The Nielsen Company. At Nielsen, he most recently led the Innovation Practice for Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Pacific supporting more than 100 clients in reaching their desired innovation outcomes. In his 12-year career with increasing levels of responsibilities, he had been based in the USA, India, Singapore, and Switzerland covering clients globally prior to joining Mastercard in Singapore. His experience is reflected in his various published articles concerning breakthrough innovation.

Chintan Raveshia

Chintan Raveshia
Cities and Transit Developments Leader Singapore, Arup

Chintan is an urban designer and an architect with over 11 years of work experience in large and small-scale urban design, infrastructure and architecture projects in UK, India, Australia, Europe, Russia, China, Middle East, Turkey, Canada and currently South-East Asia. He is currently employed with Arup where he works on large scale urban transport interchange, master planning and mixed-use development projects. He has written a paper on Smart Cities called 'Smart Cities or Smart Governments?’ in association with Imperial College Business School. He has also been a guest speaker for Smart Cities international conference in Madhya Pradesh organised by the state of MP and the UK government. In addition, he is also leading a pro-bono project in Rwanda for the government to build low cost maternity hospitals in the country. Prior to joining Arup, he has worked as an architect in Mumbai and had a teaching position at the University of Mumbai.

Paul Rogers

Paul leads the company’s Real Estate & Facilities function across 400 sites in 21 countries, and during the last 4 years has transformed how the real estate function can strategically add value to GSK’s P&L and balance sheet. With more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry, Paul is a proven supply chain and business leader, having led and delivered supply team transformation in an international, multi-site context, to maximize efficiency, improve customer service and speed to market.

Philip is an author, consultant and commentator specialising in the future of work. He predicts the way that new trends and forces such as emerging technology will shape how we work, live, learn and enjoy leisure.

He has written a number of books on the future of cities, work and workplace including The Creative Office, The 21st Century Office and Space to Work (all co-authored with Jeremy Myerson). He has also contributed to a number of other books including the Corporate Fool and the Responsible Workplace.

Rhian Windridge

Rhian believes that in order to optimise real estate in the workplace sector we need to challenge the norm in design. As a Global Workplace Director at CBRE currently leading the Google Projects Team in Asia Pacific, Rhian understands that harnessing rapid technology changes provides an opportunity for our work environments and city spaces. Rhian has worked in London, Sydney and Singapore, delivering workplace projects for Google, QBE and AGL. Her background in regeneration and complex Government projects in the UK also feeds into her understanding of the challenges of urbanisation and societal and environmental pressures in our cities. Rhian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Board Member in Singapore.
