Caroline is widely recognised as a leader in the workplace and real estate profession, and her extensive experience living and working across Asia is sought out by clients and colleagues.

Caroline’s 20 years of entrepreneurial business leadership and consulting experience have led her to successfully establish and grow professional practices within multinational firms and as new start-ups. Her strategic, nuanced perspectives are valued by clients and colleagues, and increasingly sought-after by the upcoming generation of young industry professionals who she enjoys coaching guiding through their career choices.

Caroline has also served on several private company and professional boards, including currently as a non-executive board director for CoreNet Global, the leading professional association for corporate real estate executives.

Her client experience ranges across banking and finance, technology, pharmaceutical, energy and resources, legal and professional services, consumer goods and public sector in Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

Phil is a 26 year resident of Hong Kong with experience in the strategic planning, design, implementation and operation of workplace environments for major multi-national organizations. Phil was active in the development of early alternative workplace solutions for Technology companies in the Tech boom of the 90’s, subsequently moving his focus to the complexities of the financial services industry in 2005. Since 2014, Phil has been responsible for Citi Works in APAC and more recently in EMEA. Citi Works is Citi’s own activity based work program, with over 27,000 seats delivered across the 2 regions during the last 3 years.

Sean joined The Instant Group in 2015 to lead the expansion in the Asia Pacific region and cater for the increase in client demand for flexible workspace solutions. He has 20 years’ experience, predominantly in the outsourced services sector in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. This includes nearly five years as Operations Director, Asia Pacific for global business process outsourcing firm Williams Lea, where he led delivery and implementation of services for clients across the region. More recently, Sean has held client leadership roles in New Zealand, where he worked for regional technology firms Fronde and Datacom.

Jeremy Myerson

Jeremy Myerson is an academic researcher, author and activist in people-centred design and innovation. He has joined Unwired to set up The WORKTECH Academy, a global knowledge network. He has published several influential books on workplace design and holds the Helen Hamlyn Chair of Design at the Royal College of Art, London. His most recent titles include Time & Motion (2013) and Life of Work (2014). A former journalist and editor on such titles as Design, Creative Review and World Architecture, he founded Design Week magazine in 1986 and later co-founded the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at the RCA in 1999, which he directed for 16 years until September 2015. He has advised businesses and governments around the world and sits on the advisory boards of design institutes in Korea, Switzerland and Hong Kong. He was recently named by Wired magazine as one of Britain's 100 most influential people in digital technology.

Stephen Pill

Stephen is the Digital Strategy Director for FITCH Hong Kong where he focuses designing at the intersection between digital, brand, retail and customer experience.

Stephen has a background in design and UX, and extensive experience working across Asia, the Middle-East and the UK. Throughout this, he’s delivered innovative and award-winning work for clients such as Dubai Airports, Swire Properties, The Ritz-Carlton, Singtel, Chow Tai Fook, Fossil and Intel. His work includes establishing successful social networks, revitalising one of the internet’s original e-commerce success stories and working with some of the world’s hottest start-ups.

Stephen’s recent work includes reimagining the airport from the ground-up to design a truly passenger-centric experience and helping to transform Swire Properties shopping malls into a smart omni-channel ecosystem throughout China.

Tony has almost 20 years’ experience working in the HR and Communications space. Originally from New Zealand, Tony started his career working in New Zealand’s largest Government Department. After 2.5 years he then moved to the UK where he remained for 11 years, working in both in-house and consulting capacities, specialising in organizational design, change management, employee engagement and talent acquisition. He has worked in and consulted across a range of sectors including financial services and wealth management, retail, hospitality, health, transportation, construction, healthcare, local government and now aviation.

Tony is now General Manager of Employee Experience at Cathay Pacific airways in Hong Kong. At the very heart of his current focus is designing and overseeing the execution of a signature employee experience for all Cathay Pacific employees. He is accountable for ensuring global alignment and engagement behind brand promise and strategy and has global accountability for performance and reward, talent acquisition, internal communications and the digital employee experience and insights functions.

Robb Simpson is the founder and CEO of Kindred, Australia’s first digital employee experience design agency. After more than a decade working for large advertising agencies and improving the digital experience for consumers of large brands, Robb noticed how employee technology was not living up to the standards of consumer technology – and call cry of dissatisfactions from employees was growing. Robb founded Kindred in 2008, with the mission to use design thinking to develop innovative tools and technologies that improve workplace experiences – and make workplace experiences that matter. Kindred has worked with some the world’s largest organisations, such as Commonwealth Bank, Cathay Pacific, Lion Co, Westpac and Adidas helping them transform and create incredible digital employee experiences that make a difference to culture and business performance. They have also created Willow, the first employee experience framework that allows organisations create consistent web and mobile experiences for the entire employee journey, all managed and measured in the same place.

Elaine Tsung

Elaine Tsung is a serial entrepreneur and the face behind many of Hong Kong’s co-working spaces. Jonathan Wright

Jonathan leads Colliers’ Flexible Workspace Services in Asia, advising occupiers in leveraging flexible workspace as part of their business strategy, assisting operators expand across APAC and modelling the best integration for real estate investors. Jonathan has extensive experience of complex real estate transactions across EMEA and APAC. Since founding Flexible Workspace Services at Colliers, Jonathan has helped WeWork enter the Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan markets, completed transactions for naked Hub’s first two Hong Kong hubs and doubled the footprint of both Garage Society and Everest Serviced Offices. Jonathan is an established leader in the field and has led Colliers to a 46% market share of Flexible Workspace transactions over 2017 in Hong Kong alone.

Guzman currently holds the position of Head of Workplace Strategy & Design at JLL Spain, one of the leading real estate consultancies in the world having presence in 200+ offices worldwide in more than 80 countries. From this position, he is currently helping corporations, both public and private, evolve into New Ways of Working and assisting their cultural transformation. Guzman is also the Founding Academic Director of the Master in Strategic Design of Spaces by the IE School of Architecture and Design, and international graduate program designed in partnership with the Helen Hamlyn Center for Design in London that is educating professionals in the design strategies that create spaces that foster change and innovation.

Mike Zamora

Mr. Zamora is currently Managing Director of Asia Real Estate Advisors, which provides due diligence, financial and advisor services for real estate investment companies and multi-national corporations throughout the Asia Pacific Region.His experience encompasses numerous functions in the real estate industry and multiple geographies. For the past 18 years he has worked on real estate projects throughout the entire Asia Pacific Region.

He has worked in the Corporate Real Estate arena, where he helped Cisco develop a 12,000 person / 1.5 million sf campus in India. This included all phases: locating and negotiating with the Landlord on the Build to Suit terms, working with the Business and Architects on the masterplan and building design, and incorporating the technology into the building. He also planned a 3,000+ person campus in Sydney, Singapore and Shanghai. His role also included the Portfolio Management Strategy for70+ location in 13 countries in approximately 5.3 million sf throughout Asia Pacific. Due to his diverse skill set, he held many different roles throughout his 13 year tenure at Cisco. This included functional roles and leadership roles.

Mr. Zamora was also a Director at Brooke International where he provided real estate consulting services for global multinational clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. When he initially arrived in Hong Kong, he was the Vice President for Koll Asia Pacific, a US based real estate development company. At Koll he oversaw the development of a 300 room hotel project in China and a 1,200 acre new town development in Thailand. While in the US, Mr. Zamora worked for the Koll Company as an Asset Manager for a 1.5 million sf mixed use project.

Mr. Zamora previously served on the Harvard Business School of Hong Kong Association’s Board of Directors. He has also served on CoreNet’s Global Board of Directors. He has spoken at MIPIM and other real estate conferences. For the past 10 years, he has taught multiple real estate courses throughout Asia, Europe and the US for real estate professionals. His real estate articles have been published in various real estate journals. He has written articles on: Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, Real Estate Investment and Corporate Real Estate.

He graduated from Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration and attained his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Arizona State University.
