Francesca Galeazzi is an architectural engineer with over 17 years’ experience in sustainable development. She currently leads the Sustainability team of Arup in Berlin. Arup is one of the world’s most prominent engineering consulting firms globally, whose aim is to shape a better world. Francesca has worked in Australia, UK, India, China and Germany. She has extensive expertise in sustainable design at urban and building scale, climate change adaptation and mitigation, urbanisation and social sustainability, design for health and wellbeing, and is one of the first WELL Approved Professionals in Germany. She is a firm believer that the built environment has the potential to enhance the quality of life of entire communities, supporting people to fulfil their potential. She is a regular speaker at international conferences and forums on sustainable architecture and lectures at major Universities in Europe and China.

Dr Fiona Kerr

Industry Professor, Systems and Neural Complexity

Dr Fiona Kerr combines her role of Industry Professor, Neural and Systems Complexity at Adelaide University with speaking engagements and international consulting to industries and governments on a number of topics. These include how leaders build better brains and flourishing businesses, building new brain (neurogenesis) and the neurophysiological effects of human interaction, as well as the use of Artificial Intelligence and the impact of humans interfacing and partnering with technologies. Fiona has spent time with fascinating organisations such as Cirque du Soleil, and appears regularly in the media (including ABC Radio and TV and SBS Insight) to delight people with accessible science. She is currently writing a book on creating a human centric future.

Jeremy Myerson is an academic researcher, author and activist in people-centred design and innovation. He has joined Unwired to set up The WORKTECH Academy, a global knowledge network. He has published several influential books on workplace design and holds the Helen Hamlyn Chair of Design at the Royal College of Art, London. His most recent titles include Time & Motion (2013) and Life of Work (2014). A former journalist and editor on such titles as Design, Creative Review and World Architecture, he founded Design Week magazine in 1986 and later co-founded the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at the RCA in 1999, which he directed for 16 years until September 2015. He has advised businesses and governments around the world and sits on the advisory boards of design institutes in Korea, Switzerland and Hong Kong. He was recently named by Wired magazine as one of Britain's 100 most influential people in digital technology.

Marco Maria Pedrazzo is a trained architect (MArch cum laude, Politecnico di Torino) and licensed engineer, with a focus on computation in design. His defining projects in this emergent field span humanitarian design (Open Source Emergency Shelter) to urban systems (Social Computation for urban mobility, with MIT Senseable City Lab). Marco graduated from the highly selective Alta Scuola Politecnica, and served as an active leader in Politecnico di Torino for the Design Studio, Technology Studio and thematic workshops. Marco Maria worked as a project manager at the innovative architecture and technology studio Carlo Ratti Associati, where he focused his work on creating transformative spatial experiences through design and technology, collaborating and leading design research on a set of award winning projects in the IoT domain including MakrShakr, the Copenhagen Wheel, Expo 2015 Future Food District. Building on experience at the merger of design, spatial systems, and dynamic technology integration, Marco currently works with a number of start-up firms, delivering a full spectrum of customer experience and strategy, filed in which he's specialising at Parsons, The New School in New York
