Dr. Agustin Chevez experience combines industry practice with academic research in the field of workplace design. Agustin’s interest in the relationship between people, space and technology saw him pursue a PhD on the evolution of workplace architecture as a consequence of technology development at RMIT University. As an Architect Agustin has participated in the development of workplace strategies in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. His research has also been presented at various international conferences and publications. Agustin is a Senior Researcher at international design firm HASSELL and Adjunct Research Fellow at the Centre For Design Innovation, Swinburne University.

Sean Corcorran

Sean Corcorran serves as General Manager of Steelcase Education Solutions. Previously, Sean was Director of Product Development and Marketing for Steelcase Education Solutions. In this role, Sean was responsible for research, product development, and marketing of Steelcase products for secondary and higher education. From 2005 to 2008, Sean was Vice President of Product Development for Vecta and PolyVision. Where he was responsible for research and development of new education solutions including visual collaboration technologies, interactive whiteboards, and furniture, for classrooms and other learning environments. Before joining PolyVision and Vecta, Sean spent 16 years at IDEO. He has more than twenty years of experience in design, engineering, product development, and innovation consulting.

A long-time member of the architecture and design industry, Jessica has experience in project management, design, and construction, as well as in developing and executing educational programs for the green building community. Currently at Delos as Executive Vice President leading the Delos Solutions group, Jessica’s work seeks to improve health and wellness through the spaces in which we live and work, while minimizing the impact on our natural environment. In collaboration with the research and development work being done by Delos Labs and Delos Ventures, the Delos Solutions team offers advisory consulting services to help infuse the interior environment with strategies that enhance the health, wellness and productivity of occupants.

former banker and corporate treasurer, turned consultant, author and academic

Satyajit Das is a former financier with over 35 years' experience. He presciently anticipated the 2008 financial crisis and many subsequent developments. In September 2014, Bloomberg included him as one of the 50 most influential people in international finance.

He was featured in the 2010 Oscar-winning documentary Inside Job, the 2012 PBS Frontline series Money, Power & Wall Street, the 2009 BBC TV documentary Tricks with Risk, and the 2015 German film Who’s Saving Whom. Das is the author of two international bestsellers, Traders, Guns & Money (2006) and Extreme Money (2011). His latest book is A Banquet of Consequences: Have We Consumed Our Own Future? (2015).

Dr Connie Henson

A lively presenter, Connie’s passion for the science of ‘how people work’ enables her to apply the most current research and techniques in a way that is both practical and entertaining. Her talks encourage high interaction and quickly get people thinking and working differently. Connie also designs and implements change leadership programs that are informed by the latest neuroscience research through her company Learning Quest, a Sydney-based applied psychology and leadership development consultancy. Connie has been running Learning Quest since 2001. Her focus and expertise lies in helping people, organisations and communities to realise their strengths and abilities. She has extensive experience designing and delivering highly effective leadership programs for organisations in a range of industries, including finance, health, media, technology, professional services and government. Connie’s Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology is from the University of North Texas. She also has a Master of International Public Health from the University of Sydney, a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counselling, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

David Rolls

David Rolls, B Building (Hons), was appointed National Development Director, Property at Lendlease in May 2016. In this role, David is responsible for overseeing future development projects in Lendlease in Australia.

David has over 30 years of experience in property, construction, design and development, with a particular focus on complex major mixed use development projects. He has extensive leadership experience, having led the creation of some of the largest urban regeneration projects nationally, including Barangaroo, Darling Quarter, Australia Technology Park, RNA Brisbane & Victoria Harbour.

David held executive positions at Mirvac Group from 2013 – 2016. These included Head of Cities & Urban Renewal and Group Executive of Commercial Development. In this role, he was responsible for the creation of Mirvac’s extensive commercial pipeline.

Prior to this, David worked at Lendlease for over 20 years, and from 2010-2013 was Managing Director, Development. In this role he was responsible for all Development projects for Lendlease’s Australian business including Commercial & Mixed Use, Communities, Apartments and Retail developments.

During his Lendlease tenure, he played a leadership role in numerous major projects, including Darling Quarter, Barangaroo and Darling Harbour Live in Sydney, RNA in Brisbane and Victoria Harbour & Melbourne Quarter in Melbourne.
