Jeremy leads partnership development and product delivery for Sociometric Solutions. In this role, he has helped numerous clients build their people analytics capabilities and strategy. Matching SSI’s unique sensor-based platform to client challenges, to understand how their teams work together, and thereby support their drive for productivity.

Prior to this role Jeremy worked on building businesses and new ventures from enterprise software to pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career he spent time coaching and teaching others. Jeremy received an MBA from Babson College, and studied his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Louisville.

Marcel Fukayama is CEO of CDI Global, social organization pioneer in using technology to transform lives and develop communities. Through a social problem-solving methodology, CDI has impacted 1.64 million people in 14 countries in +800 centers in 20 years. Marcel started as entrepreneur when was 17 years old by creating one of the first internet cafés in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Founded associations to work with policy makers and organize the field. Joined the global movement of B Corporations and co-founded Sistema B Brasil with the objective to create a community of companies that use business as force for good. Co-author of Negócios com Impacto Social no Brasil (Editora Peirópolis, 2013), first book about social business in Brazil, and Economia Criativa: Um conjunto de visões (Fundação Telefónica, 2012). Co-founder of Din4mo – Intelligence in impact businesses and nanoentrepreneurship. Major in Business, earned his MBA at ESPM with extension at University of California.

James Grose

Working across a full range of project types and scales, James Grose has consolidated a position of accomplishment in the architectural profession through design innovation, built works, awards, professional leadership and publications.

Starting at the end of the 1980s with his own practice, Grose Bradley Architecture, before becoming a Principal of BVN Donovan Hill through a merger in 1998, James was appointed National Director in 2006. James has led the BVN Donovan Hill project team in a number of benchmark projects, from the seminal Campus MLC,and NAB at Docklands, through to the award-winning Brain and Mind Research Institute at The University of Sydney, and more recently, The Kinghorn Cancer Centre and ASB North Wharf.

Is founder of  Abrafac (Brazilian Facilities Association), Current President of CoreNet Global (Brazilian Chapter), MRICS member and was Vice-president of Lares (Latin America Real Estate Society).

Andrew Moore is the Managing Director of Strategic Accounts for Intel’s Enterprise Sales Organization. Prior to this role Andrew ran Strategy and Planning where he was responsible for defining and implementing the overall strategies to accelerate the drive of Intel’s relevance to end-Customers. Andrew joined Intel in 2004 with 20 years of experience in enterprise resource planning and business process development and design for companies including IBM, PeopleSoft, and J.D. Edwards, where he drove strategy, sales and consulting for areas ranging from infrastructure and integration to customer relationship management and supply chain management applications.

Primo is the co-founder and principal of Studio O+A, an interiors firm in San Francisco that specialises in workplace design. Establishing the company with Verda Alexander in Silicon Valley in 1991, primo drew on an early interest in engineering and a feel for the growing tech economy to orient O+A to a rapidly changing work environment. Moving to San Francisco a few years later, O+A quickly gained a reputation for being a design firm an innovative as its clients – Facebook, Microsoft, Yelp, Cisco, Uber and many others.

A believer in design as an art form that embraces all disciplines, Primo grew his company from a two-person space planning operation to a full service design studio with 40 plus designers, project managers, graphic artists and branding specialists. The firms work has been recognized for over two decades with international press coverage and multiple design awards. In 2015 Primo and Verda were inducted into Interior Design Magazines Hall of Fame. In 2016 O+A won the Cooper Hewitt Design Award for Interior Design.

As a lecturer on design and the future workplace, Primo speaks at schools and design conferences globally. The course in workplace design he and Verda teach at IE university in Madrid seeks to pass on to a new generation of designers the philosophy of immersion in a client’s culture that has been a driving force behind every O+A project.

In recent years, Primo has taken up a new passion: product design. His company Orpilla, Inc designs multi-faceted, versatile workstations and office products for OFS, Kimball Office, Martin-Brattrud and IdeaPaint, bringing principles of customization and adaptability that made O+A famous to the level of indicial workspace.

Alexandre Teixeira Alexandre Teixeira was born in São Paulo in 1971. Journalist formed by Casper Líbero, worked on some of the key essays of the country always in the economic and business area. He was reporter at Jornal da Tarde and Valor Econômico, and editor of the magazine IstoÉ Dinheiro and editor in chief of Época Negócios. Felicidade SA is his debut book. At the moment, he is working on his webseries Felicidade SA, with debut scheduled for the first half of 2014.
