Harald Becker leads business strategy, research & marketing for the team and is responsible for creating and executing programs to scale the future vision offerings broadly across the company and partner ecosystem. Harald manages the envisioning research program focused on emerging business and technology trends and he helps envision scenarios for how leading-edge technologies might be used in real-world settings over the next five to ten years. He is a frequent presenter at Microsoft’s Executive Briefing Center on the topics of innovation and the future vision of productivity. Harald consults with Fortune 100 customers on future productivity scenarios and hosts Microsoft’s Global accounts in the Envisioning Center for in-depth discussions on macro trends impacting the way we live and work over the next 5 years.
Prior to his role on the Envisioning team, Harald was a Marketing Manager at Microsoft’s New York office, responsible for marketing strategy, planning and campaign execution. Before joining Microsoft in 2003, Harald was a Principal Consultant at a Silicon Valley start-up. He also worked seven years at Sun Microsystems in various marketing and sales operation roles.
Juliet leads the Australian Diversity and Inclusion practice as a Human Capital partner at Deloitte, and co-leads the Australian Leadership practice. Juliet brings over 20 years’ experience in human capital, management and law to her work and is an internationally recognised expert author and speaker on the workplace, cultural change, leadership and diversity. Juliet is a member of the Australian firm’s Diversity Council and sits on the Australian School of Business’ HR Advisory Board.
Jeremy leads partnership development and product delivery for Sociometric Solutions. In this role, he has helped numerous clients build their people analytics capabilities and strategy. Matching SSI’s unique sensor-based platform to client challenges, to understand how their teams work together, and thereby support their drive for productivity.
Prior to this role Jeremy worked on building businesses and new ventures from enterprise software to pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career he spent time coaching and teaching others. Jeremy received an MBA from Babson College, and studied his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Louisville.
David believes that change occurs when different, more authentic, more powerful conversations – with ourselves and others - are encouraged and released. He is a passionate advocate of ways of deepening engagement around what matters and opening up authentic communication.
For the last 21 years David has been a coach and a consultant in progressive organization development for some of the most ambitious and purposeful companies in the world: The International Olympic Committee; Amnesty International; Unilever etc. David is also the author of books that help people be more intentional around the lives they are living. His latest writing includes Human 2.0: The Upgrade is Available; From ‘Making a Living’ to Creating a Life and the subject of his recent TEDx talk: Change Your World One Word At A Time.
Anthony Henry is an Interior Designer with qualifications from the University of Technology in Sydney and the Royal College of Art in London.
Anthony joined Macquarie Group in 2004 to lead workplace design and innovation as part of the Corporate Real Estate team. In this time he has directed the design on numerous projects including the award winning 50 Martin Place Sydney, 1 Shelley Street Sydney and 28 Ropemaker Place London.
Prior to joining Macquarie Group, Anthony was a founding partner of the design consultancy 'futurespace'.
With a deep understanding of the importance of space and its impact on how we work, live, feel and relate, Kelly creates environments built on three principles: health, wellness, and meaningful interaction. In her work designing the global headquarters for tech stars Airbnb, SoundCloud, and Couchsurfing, Kelly has found the secret to a great office vibe is not only in its design, but also in the connection between the space and those who work in it. Her unconventional background -- economist, international traveller, yacht stewardess, yoga teacher -- allows Kelly to bring a fresh and dynamic perspective to designing spaces where people feel energised and empowered to do the best work of their lives.
Philip is an author, consultant and commentator specialising in the future of work. He predicts the way that new trends and forces such as emerging technology will shape how we work, live, learn and enjoy leisure.
He has written a number of books on the future of cities, work and workplace including The Creative Office, The 21st Century Office and Space to Work (all co-authored with Jeremy Myerson). He has also contributed to a number of other books including the Corporate Fool and the Responsible Workplace.
