The Office Envisioning Team is currently prototyping a number of new, collaborative workstyles that bring people together in ways that enhance innovation and creativity.

Yet most organizational structures are based on legacy hierarchies, while job descriptions and performance evaluations often diverge from the way that actual work gets done. The tools now exist to quantify the informal networks and cultural norms that drive or hinder results. Sociometry uses sensors to decode the chemistry of human interaction. You'll learn what sociometric data is and how this contrasts and complements traditional organizational insights.
