Key Note Speakers:

Clive Wilkinson

Creative space is often considered an art form. This subject will be explored from the question of it's constituent parts: what are the essential characteristics of space that connect people and encourage creative activities.

Clive Wilkinson FAIA RIBA is an architect, designer and strategist; and founder of Clive Wilkinson Architects, a leading global workplace design practice based in Los Angeles. Since it’s inception in 1991, the practice has built up an international reputation with transformational projects for clients such as Google, Nokia, Disney, Macquarie and TBWA/Chiat/Day. While dramatic in its architecture, his design process is primarily focused on the social agenda of buildings, and how people connect with each other.

Jose Luis Sanchez

Jose Luis Sanchez-Concha
Regional Director, Latin America at 3G Office

Global companies often have a global approach to workplace strategy. Flexible or agile working programs aim to improve productivity and work-life balance of people, together with the ability to quickly adapt the physical space to the multiple changes of the business. Cost savings and talent attraction/retention are also very important.

Although, it is on its application where we often find problems… Change is always difficult to accept and it requires a comprehensive change management strategy in place in order to facilitate the transition to the new situation. On this presentation we will review some change management and readiness programs and also we will share its application in challenging environments in both the corporate setting and in developing markets.
